Reduce bacteria by up to 78 per cent with Priorclave’s autoclaves

Cross contamination can be a concern when working within a laboratory environment, especially when the autoclave is a shared resource. Everyday contact with an autoclave can lead to contamination of the exterior. This could be picked up by operators and carried back to other areas or laboratories.
Recent swabbing tests carried out on Priorclave autoclaves showed a reduction of up to 78 per cent in the number of bacteria on a BioCote treated surface compared to an untreated surface. As part of Priorclave’s commitment to improve laboratory autoclaves, all models incorporate BioCote -offering a second line of defence in the fight against cross contamination.
