 Toray’s See-it-Safe fabrics incorporate silver thread in carefully controlled ratios, providing a medical breakthrough with the eradication of MRSA and VRSA bacteria on contact. Cross-contamination through airborne, nurse-to-patient and patient-to-patient mechanisms is also effectively and simply managed, thanks to this revolutionary fabric.
The presence of silver yarn has been proven to eradicate 99.9 per cent of over 800 micro-organisms in analyses, conducted in accordance with the relevant standards and testing procedures. And, because the process of ionisation of silver atoms within See-it-Safe is proactive not reactive, the fabric can effectively eliminate microbial activity and destroys all harmful entities.
