Established in 1991, Bolton Mediation provides employment dispute resolution and training to businesses and organisations. Mediation in the workplace is a positive first step when a conflict arises, even if grievance or disciplinary procedures have been initiated. Tackling Workplace Conflict – improves understanding of workplace conflict and develop techniques for resolving disputes at work (one day). Transforming Workplace Conflict – creative conflict management for managers (two days). Conflict Management and Mediation - mediator training course which equips participants with the skills required to mediate workplace disputes (6 days). Conflict Management for Frontline Staff - enables staff to deal confidently and respectfully with angry or upset clients without feeling ill-treated or threatened themselves (1 day).
