Professional helpdesk courses from STI

ImageSTI Ltd has been presenting helpdesk courses since 1989.  They are certainly the longest established in the UK and probably Europe. The main courses are:
    
Helpdesk Professional One - A brilliant two day introduction, or refresher, for front line service providers. Real world advice and tips are given. Attendees can take our “Certificate in Helpdesk Skills”, at the end of the course, at no extra charge.
    
Helpdesk Professional Two - A one day course aimed at more experienced staff showing how their experience can best be used and staleness avoided. The aim is to send attendees away keen to boost their own performance and that of the helpdesk.
    
Helpdesk Manager - A two day course covering many of the service management and leadership challenges faced. Attendees receive a copy of our “Good Practice Guide” template, which can be used to produce a valuable induction, training and appraisal tool.
    
We present courses in London every month and quarterly in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The courses also frequently run on-site and often over a weekend. We produce our own courses and do not use imported American material.
