ImageAltitude uCI (unified Customer Interaction) is an integrated product suite for the multi-channel contact centre. It provides support for inbound and outbound telephony, e-mail, SMS, web chat and co-browsing. These communication channels are supported by an intelligent desktop that handles interaction flows and can display information from other systems and databases to assist agents in handling the interaction accurately and efficiently.        
Other features include integrated self-service and intelligent routing applications that can be used to optimise productivity as well as customer experience. The uSupervisor application provides a real time view of the contact centre for managers, and a single point of administration for the system.
