Fuel savings with your existing boilers
 Hospital and NHS boiler houses will need updating to meet new stringent climate change criteria, and that update will include flue and chimney design, vital to energy efficiency and emissions control.
Exhausto constant-pressure chimney automation systems control and maintain pre-set chimney draught standards and increase the energy efficiency of existing boiler installations of all types and fuels. There is no need to renew the boilers. Tests in the USA have shown fuel savings of up to 30 per cent! So, instead of changing the existing boilers and re-designing the entire heating system, fine-tuning the chimney systems could often be the cheapest solution.
Because the CAS system monitors the chimney draught constantly it will shut down the boilers should the draught fall over 40 per cent below the set point for 12 seconds. This eliminates the risk of carbon monoxide spillage. Exhausto chimney automation also eliminates many burner-operation problems that cause downtime, such as pilot-light failure or instability, ‘flame-failure’ shutdowns and flame pulsations that can cause noise problems.
