Alfia have recently introduced Digital Video Recording over IP to their state of the art Easi2 Pay on Foot system. Along with the latest touch screen technology, Easi2 also incorporates Chip & PIN credit card facilities and wireless technology.
With the continued developments of wireless technology, they can offer enhanced customer service through remote support applications including management reports and software updates.
The Vision SI Pay & Display machine is one of the most reliable and secure units available anywhere in the world. Alfia has worked closely with East Sussex Council who have suffered from extreme vandalism causing the Council approximately £350k damage over the last three years. As the Vision SI machine demonstrated it would withstand such determined attacks, they were selected to supply and install in excess of 200 machines in East Sussex. While the machines suffered the same abuse as its predecessor, the damage caused was minimal, under £2000 from April to December 2007.
