• SVRLITE Network based secure voice recording of all inbound/outbound calls on a “day to day basis” including recording of all re-routed calls to homes, mobiles, and so on.
• HWR Network based secure voice recording of out outbound calls made  by employees relocated to homes/remote locations following an outage
• FTE Network based Fax to Email server module enabling the delivery of individual faxes to remote locations via email attachments
• RCO Rapid Call Out module providing rapid/simultaneous notifications of any major outages and/or events via SMS Texts, voice messages, emails, and web pages.
