Partners2 is a small professional consultancy business, based in the Northwest, offering consultancy in four main business areas:

• Facilitation – bringing people together in a managed way to rapidly progress a business issue. We work with you to design, prepare and deliver creative workshops and events of any scale and for any purpose. This may include brainstorming new ideas, solutions to problems, developing a vision – strategy and plan for your business.
• Organisational Change – building the right organisational capability to deliver your business goals, whilst at the same time ensuring the people implications of the change are managed to maintain business performance. 
• Leadership development – defining and embedding the values and desired behaviours of a leadership team, identifying how each individual contributes to the performance of the team, and developing the overall team performance. 
• Team Development – maximising the potential of a team at any level within the organisation. We work with you to identify team strengths and blind spots using a variety of psychometric tools and develop interventions at both the team and individual level.
