A full archive record management service
The Storage Company provides a full archive record management service. We specialise in paper document storage and retrieval at our customer’s request. We have experience of dealing with NHS trusts and we provide a 24 hour service all year round.
Our site is protected by CCTV, intruder alarms and fire detection equipment, all of which is maintained on a regular basis by an accredited company. We deliver in unmarked vehicles and all our staff have photo identification.
Our online ordering facility means that you can browse your boxes, see where they are, on site or in store, who has requested them at what time and when and also who delivered them. Our system allows you budgetary control of your document management as you set the authority limits that your staff has to spend whilst being able to restrict access, so that only authorised personnel can retrieve files.
We have a wide client base from outside the health industry but are also experienced in dealing with doctors surgeries, NHS Trusts and other care providers.
