We are a long established, privately owned company providing a caring and professional service.  Based in Warwickshire we provide a uniformed and specialised private ambulance service to meet the needs of those with impaired mobility for whom safe and comfortable travel is difficult.  Our priority is to give a careful, understanding, prompt and comfortable service and we have gained a reputation for providing consistently high standards.

We do not offer an emergency service.  We provide a uniformed and specialised private ambulance service to meet the needs of the private health sector and transport needs of those unable to use other methods of transport.  We provide transport for anyone with impaired mobility for whom safe and comfortable travel is difficult by private car or public transport. This includes transport for stretcher, wheelchair and walking passengers and can be local or long distance.

For example:

•    Transfers to and from hospital outpatient appointments
•    Transfers to or discharges from hospitals
•    Moves to and from care, retirement or nursing homes
•    Local and long distance disabled and patient transport nationwide

Our team pride themselves on achieving the highest standards of passenger care and all are enhanced CRB checked.  Crews have first aid and passenger handling training and are trained to administer oxygen if necessary.  Our priority at all times is our passengers’ comfort and peace of mind, we aim to give a service that exceeds our clients’ expectations. 

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and so comply with their standards for all private ambulance providers.

Our stretchers and lock systems are tested to meet BS EN 1789:2000 standards and wheelchair restraints conform to the dynamic test requirements of ISO 10542.  Our ambulances are all equipped for non-emergency passenger transfers. They are regularly inspected and maintained to a high standard to comply with the standards for all private hire vehicles.  

Our fleet is based in Leamington Spa and although most of our work is centred around the Midlands we are able to provide transport anywhere in the UK.
