Assisting Kingston Hospital NHS Trust to achieve a 94% compliance rate for staff fire training

Kingston Hospital NHS Trust appointed Universal Safety Consultants (USC) a year ago to provide fire safety advice and training. The records reveal that over 2550 attended training in this period. The staff feedback has been very positive with most rating the training as excellent.  This success is achievable in any healthcare organisation where there is a commitment from managers to work in partnership with us to achieve outstanding results.
