• Correct timing – sampling too soon after a disinfection may skew the results. 
• Considering normal operating conditions - obtaining samples with minimal   disruption to your staff and patients. 
• Identifying - type and quantity of the samples being collected.

To ensure reliability and traceability, our entire process is digitally tracked. From the moment a sample is taken, it is electronically tagged and securely logged, maintaining a full chain of custody through to lab analysis. Results are delivered in a clear and actionable format within 14 days of our visit.

We partner with a UKAS accredited laboratory capable of testing beyond Legionella alone, including a range of waterborne pathogens, chemicals, and minerals.
