Based in Sheffield, DRLC Ltd are a family-run company who supply Authorising Engineers to Healthcare providers. We have been in business since 2016 and provide IHEEM Registered AEs for Ventilation and Chartered Engineers for Pressure Systems. Our Fire Safety team are all ex-Fire Safety personnel who have extensive experience in healthcare.

Our Managing Director, David Livingstone, is on the IHEEM Technical Platform for Mechanical Systems and fellow Director Dr Louise Webb is a Fellow of IHEEM. DRLC is on the NHS SBS Building Safety & Fire Compliance Framework for Authorising Engineers – framework reference SBS10509. We can also be engaged to supply AE Services by using the NOE CPC framework agreement (NOE.0570), or the London Procurement Partnership (LPP) framework agreement.
